Robert Wert Carter, age 89, of Barstow, California passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021. Robert was born April 15, 1932 in Glendale, California to Wert and Mary Carter. Robert joined the United States Navy where he served his country and was honorably discharged. He worked as a auto mechanic for 70 years.
