She was born on December 4, 1937. She first married Jay Kellogg and later in life married Charles Carr, who was the love of her life. He passed away in 1982. She graduated from Monmouth High. All of her life she dearly loved taking care of her flower gardens and animals.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Dana Fore, of Smithville Texas and her husband Larry Fore; adopted daughter, Debbie Dobson and her husband, Mike Dobson of Auburn Illinois. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Bret Humphries, John Humphries, Tony Bowen and Jennifer Bowen and 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husbands, Jay Kellogg and Charles Carr; her daughter, Vicki Bowen who passed in November 2025; her parents and 7 brothers and sisters.
At her final request, no services will be held. However, to keep her memory alive, donations can be made to St Jude's Hospital. This organization was one very near and dear to her heart.
