Phillip Ray Hellmann

He was born on November 8, 1962, in San Antonio, Texas, to Nora Lohman Hellmann James and Charles J. Hellmann.

Phillip graduated from Highlands High School and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church of Smithville, Texas. Phillip worked for the Lone Star Brewery in San Antonio before his disability in 1987. His greatest joy was sharing his love and time with family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Curtis Hellmann; his father; and his grandparents.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother and stepfather, Nora and Rowan James; brothers, Steve Hellmann and his wife Bridget of Bastrop, and Wayne Hellmann of Adkins; sister, Nancy Inman and her husband Robb of Floresville; as well as nephews, nieces, aunts, many cousins, and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th at 10:30am at Grace Lutheran Church, 308 Byrne St. Smithville, TX. 78957.
