Rosa Salinas Garcia

She is preceded in death by her parents Espetacion and Juanita Salinas; brothers, Epifanio Maldonado, Jose Salinas and Armando Salinas.

She is survived by her husband, Francisco Garcia; Children, David and Jesusita Garcia, Daniel and Leslie Garcia, Melissa Garcia, Sandra and Joey Gayski, Gracie and Stacy McGowin. 

Grandchildren Jessy Marie, Maria Helena, Christine Maribel, Olivia June, and Sofia Rose; Evelyn Elizabeth, Isaac Daniel, Angelo Xavier, Estrella Danielle; Ethan Azael, Pearl Elisse, Diego Joel; Jayden Noel, Bryan Anthony, Nicholas Wayne, and Zackery Josiah. 

Brothers Guadalupe Salinas, Santiago Salinas, Tony Salinas, Richard Salinas, Sisters Mary Salinas, Anita Berrelez, Lidia Del Toro, Victoria Hernandez.

Rosa loved her family, her friends, and her relationship with God. Rosa will be dearly missed by all.

A visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. A final farewell will take place at the funeral home on April 23, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. with a procession to celebrate her funeral mass being held at Ascension Catholic Church, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Rosa will be laid to rest at Phelan Cemetery in Bastrop, Texas.
