Something had been nagging me to pull up the Baytown Sun the last few days. When I did I saw this news about which I was unprepared. Rubye was one of the finest women I have ever known. It was an honor to have her as a Mother In Law, if only for a few years. I loved her grace and spirit, and the ease in which she could talk to anyone. She was especially good with young people, and I witnessed many all night "talk" sessions with Rubye, Jay, and his many friends. She was someone you would instantly trust! My prayers are with the entire Anderson family. I can only imagine how much you are hurting! You had a very special Mom!

I'm sad to hear about aunt Rubye. She was an awesome lady and will be greatly missed by all of us. Wish we could be there with you guys today, but know that we love you all and will be praying for you.

I had the pleasure to be Miss Rubye's nurse on several occasions. She was simply a "treasure" - the sweetest person you could ever meet. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing. There are a few patients who you never forget and Miss Rubye is one of them. I will never forget you. Rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time.

So sorry to hear about your mother, I remenber when you and i use to ride to work with each other when we worked at G.E. and we drink coffee in your folks kitchen. That seem's like yesterday that your mother and dad were there with us.Your mother is with God and His Son and one day we will all be in God's house. My God hold you and family in his arm's in this time of sorrow.

Just letting you know that our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. Mrs. Anderson was a special lady and my son Bobby loved her dearly. When he was little he could not prounounce Mrs. Anderson so she became Mrs. Anda to our family. She will be missed dearly but know that she is an Angel watching over all us.
