Bobby G. Rowell, age 84, passed away at home on August 8, 2016 after a battle with Parkinson’s disease. He was born in Hattieville, Arkansas on January 26, 1932. He was a resident of Loma Linda for 28 years. He was a previous resident of Fontana for 19 years, where he was a teacher for the Fontana Unified School District. He taught for 31 years.
Bobby enjoyed fishing, hunting, music and writing.
Bobby is survived by his wife Kenlyn Rowell, daughters Tracy Rowell, Tory Grace, Timi Kent, Tomi Mead and Brandy Bixler, son Hans Bixler, 8 Grandsons, 3 Granddaughters and 7 Great Grandchildren.
A viewing for Bobby is scheduled for Friday, August 12, 2016 at 10:00-10:30am at Mountain Avenue Baptist 1325 Mountain Ave, Banning, CA. 92220. Funeral Service to follow at 11:00am also at Mountain Avenue Baptist.
