Dave, it's almost been 2 months since you left us...i just want you to know that i miss you sooo very much...thank you for all the wonderful memories that i have of you and all of our friends and family. I still can't seem to grasp the reality of losing my very dear and special friend David. Dave i write this with a heavy heart, i want the world to know how very special you were to my family and i. Since the day that i met you back in 1992 we became instant friends. I loved the fact that you loved life so much that you made whatever we did fun. I will cherish all of the fond memories i have of you....you loved your family, friends and especially music. I will hold the memories of the last big bash we spent together," your 50th birthday party" in the limo with most of all your closest friends, hitting the clubs and just having a night of awesomeness. I can go on and on about all the things we did and places we went to, and most of all i will miss our lunch dates and the way that you always had something nice to say to me and always made me feel special. I love you dave, till we meet again i will always be looking over my shoulder for my guardian angle..........

I remember David as a little boy romping around your home when your family and ours would get together as friends.  Time has sure passed and was stunned to see the announcement.  Please be assured that I pray for comfort for you from Jesus who understands our every hurt and holds us ever so close.  Tom is not in any condition to understand, but am sure that he would hurt for you also if he could. Tia Teresa, Uncle Alex, Alexander and Ronnie. Rene and I offer our deepest sympathy on David's passing. He was not only my cousin but a true friend. The sorrow is not only yours but also the many lives he touched with his smile, open arms and heart. I went to school and graduated with him in 78 from Eisenhower High School. I truly feel blessed to have known him and to call him my friend. I met my Compa David over 30 years ago and since day one, he became someone very special to me. David touched my life and influenced me in ways that I will always be thankful for.
