David Thomas, DJ, you were our National Undergraduate Diversity Mock Trial Competition's biggest star.  You will be sorely missed but you will forever be a member of The John Marshall Law School family.  During 2013, both, the Southwest Regional and the Nevada Regional Best Overall Advocate Prizes which you won in 2012, will be awarded in your memory.  You and your loved ones are in our prayers. We are truly sorry for your loss. We met your son through my sister Julie. He was a nice young man with a sweet disposition. We have also walked this path. It has helped me to know that the Lord really is merciful. David is at peace.

My condolences go out to you and your family and I am truly sorry for this tremendous loss. I remember the way Ms. Linda would speak of her son and it was evident how much she absolutely adored him. He was absolutely loved and was truly lucky to have parents as incredible as his. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers and may David rest in peace.
