Edita Sugui Carder

With humble acceptance of the Lord’s will and with deep sorrow, we mourn the loss of our beloved sister Edita Sugui Carder, who passed away on May 5, 2025 at the age of 62. Born on March 22, 1963, eldest daughter of Ernesto Sugui & Lucina Guerrero, she was a source of light, love, and joy to everyone who knew her.

Edita was a devoted Auditor at Inland Regional Center and she took immense pride in her work. She loved spending time with family, cooking her favorite Filipino dishes and rice cakes. She loved gardening, music, singing karaoke and dancing. She adored her family and was a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend.

She leaves behind her loving children - Geoffrey Sean Carder and Kristen Kealoha Carder; grandson – Zion Dylan Zuniga and sisters – Rosemarie Fantone, Elwena Dalida and Irna Giacolett.

A celebration of her life will be held at Mountain Avenue Baptist Church on May 31, 2025 at 1030AM. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit and love will remain forever within our hearts and we take comfort in knowing she is now in the arms of our Heavenly Father.
