Gene holds many very special memories in my heart. He will always be my second daddy...growing up with Brandy, practically living there for a while, I got a chance to build a cherished relationship with him and the Sax family. I'll remember his outstanding baked goods (especially the brownies), family nights, game nights, BBQ's and pool parties, morning breakfast (mmm), countless trips to Costco, how he held the steering wheel while driving (both hands at the top of the wheel, with thumbs crossing), pictures/stories he brought home from JPL, how much he loved bowling and poker, his devotion to the Elks Lodge, the road trip to Minnesota, his genuine love for his family, that cute smirk he got when I called him "Daddy", and so much more. Prayers to everyone, including Gene and Kelly, but especially my dear sweet friends Denise, Brandy, and Scott. I will miss him so so much...

Jonn, I'm again so very sorry for the loss of someone who was so near and dear to your heart. If there is anything I can do to help ease the pain, just give me a shout. I'm hear to listen, hug and just plain love ya! Peace to the family as you prepare your goodbyes...may he ascend unto Heaven upon Angels Wings...
