Evelyn Dorothea Van Norman, born September 1, 1925, in Whittier, CA, died of natural causes on September 28, 2012, age 87, in Beaumont. She was a resident of the Beaumont area for nearly 50 years and worked at many local banks until she retired from the Citrus State Bank in 1988. She volunteered over 6,000 hours at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital in Banning. She is survived by 4 children, 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 2nd, from 5 to 9 PM, at Weaver Mortuary in Beaumont. Chapel services are Wednesday, October 3rd, at 10:00 AM. Interment will be at Riverside National Cemetery.
