Mrs. Thorne was one of the all-time great mothers. No one loved her husband, John, or her family more than Helen. Her legacy is her three wonderful children: Kris, Doug, and Barb. You guys were truly blessed to have a mother like her; my heart aches for you all today! She was always kind and motherly to me, even during times when I probably didn't deserve it.
Rest easy, Helen...you done good!
