It is with deepest regrets that we announce the passing of Henry (“Hank”) Andrew Wolfe. Born in Peru, Indiana on 11 December 1931, Hank is the last surviving child of Andy and Mary Wolfe. As a young man, he headed west to be a part of the interstate building boom. Educated at the University of Southern California, he joined the Division of Highways (a predecessor to Caltrans), where he worked for over three decades. His last residence was in Riverside County, in a house that he designed and built in a labor of love. He is survived by: his lovely wife, Mrs. Susan Wolfe; daughter, Mrs. Brenda Bunch, and her husband, Scott; sons, Dr. and Mrs. Raymond Wolfe, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Wolfe, and Mr. Joseph Wolfe; and seven grandchildren (Andy and Ryan Bunch; Anastasia, Nicholas, and Bohden Wolfe; RJ Wolfe, and Bryden Wolfe). A Rosary will be held on May 5 at noon PT, followed at 1pm by the funeral service. Both will be hosted at St. Mel’s Catholic Church. Reception to follow. Flowers should be sent to the Church’s address (4140 Corona Avenue, Norco, California 92860).
Hank, Dad, Dapa, you will be sorely missed. Thanks for your tireless labors on our behalf, and for the fond memories that you left behind. We love you!
Arrangements under the direction of Weaver Mortuary, Beaumont, CA.
