Jean was always the epitome of fashion. She never left home without the perfect hair, curated outfit and shoes, fine jewelry, and of course, a matching handbag. She was an excellent cook, and loved to entertain and host family and friends.
Jean loved to travel and was an avid cruiser. She loved sharing stories about the many countries she visited around the world and was always eager to hear about her children and grandchildren’s travels. Jean was also an avid card player – Canasta and Pan, and she enjoyed painting.
Jean’s passion and joy in her life was spending time at the casino. She had a magic touch on the slot machines and at the blackjack tables. She loved sharing this joy with her children and grandchildren by teaching them the games and treating them to travel and fine meals.
She is pre-deceased by her parents Herbert Milton and Sylvia Snider Copellman, her brother Roy Copellman, and her husband Frank Feldman.
She is survived by her daughters Caren Osborne of Chapel Hill, NC and Nona Solowitz (Michael Cheley) of Rancho Mirage, CA, three grandchildren - Alison Moseley (Edward), Adam Solowitz (Jen), David Solowitz (Kate), and five great-grandchildren – Mia, Charlie, Oliver, Davin and Charlotte.
