Joan was born in Danville, Pennsylvania on June 24, 1947.
She was predeceased by her parents Dr. Louis P. Baylor and Janyce E. Baylor. She is survived by her siblings, Rick Baylor, Julie Brinkley and Jane Selway and all her nieces and nephews.
Joan's love for the ocean's peace and beauty took her to El Moro, Laguna Beach California where she lived most of her adult life. We all shared many special moments there.
Joan brought immeasurable joy and light to everyone's lives with her radiant smile and boundless curiosity.
Though we are with heavy hearts the depth of her love and generous spirit will remain in our hearts forever.
A service celebrating Joan Baylor's precious life is yet to be determined.
