Joy is preceded in death by her parents, George E. and Ruby Ely Hobbs; her husband John F. Emery; sister and brother-in-law Edith Ann and James Sehr and her son Stephen Dean Bailey.
Joy is survived by daughter Susan D Gorgei and son-in-law Frank W. Gorgei Jr; beloved grandson Ryan P. Gorgei; nephew David C. Sehr and his wife Janice M. Sehr and great nephews Gregory P Sehr and Andrew N. Sehr.
