Kumpoon "Tooy" Cutsinger, age 76, of Banning, California passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2023. Tooy was born in Chaiyapoom, Chaiyaphum, Thailand.

Tooy is survived by her child Talon Cutsinger, her child Torin Cutsinger, her child Porntuip Collins, her child Todd Clarkson, her child Suphatsa Sakhoncharoen, her grandchild Kristy Rose, her grandchild Kellie Cutsinger, her grandchild Luke Cutsinger, her grandchild Zach Cutsinger, her grandchild Thomas Cutsinger and her grandchild Evelyn Cutsinger.

Tooy was an active member of New Hope Lao Evangelical Church. Some of her hobbies included fishing and playing cards.

A chapel service for Tooy will be held Monday, October 23, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Weaver Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Ave, Beaumont, California 92223.
