Mario had been a resident of San Bernardino for 37 years, moving to Cherry Valley 7 years ago. Mario had worked for the Harris Company from 1956 until 1974, as a manager and buyer of men's clothing;Silverwoods from 1974 until 1991, as a manager and then owned and operated Ruffolo's Clothiers from 1992 until 2010. Mario was educated in Italy. Mario was a member of the Highland Springs Men's Golf Club.
Mario is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Sheila; two daughters' Jennifer Nichols of Beaumont and Lindsey Ruffolo of New Zealand, a son Michael Ruffolo of Beaumont and three grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Francis Smith of Huntington Beach and a brother Jerry Ruffolo of San Bernardino.
