Patsy Ortiz

Edita "Patsy" Ortiz, 68, of Cabazon, California passed away on August 31, 2011, surrounded by her loved ones. Patsy was born in Riverside, California on September 16, 1942. She is survived by her husband, Robert Villa; sister, Jenny Horta; seven children, Bobby Garza, Margie Lorinda Becerra, Joe Villa, Nanette Villa, Robert Gary Villa, Cynthia Villa and Patrick Villa; sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Patsy worked for many years as a community social worker in Riverside County. She enjoyed spending quality time with her family - in celebration, canning tomatoes, shopping, drawing and solving crossword puzzles. Patsy's smile and big personality, spirit of fun and zest for life was always present. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Memorial service at Weaver Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Avenue, Beaumont, California, Friday, September 9, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at San Grogonio Memorial Park, 2201 N. San Gorgonio Avenue, Banning, California. Arrangements were entrusted to Weaver Mortuary, Beaumont, California.
