Hi Grandpa,

I want to thank you for being my grandfather. You taught me so many wonderful things…like learning to swim. Some of my fondest memories are when you would take Jason and I to Disneyland…just the guys! 

Other times I remember are days spent at Angel Stadium watching the Angeles play while we ate and enjoyed the sun, hanging out in your Impala in the garage, and playing around your office at American Meter. I will always treasure those times. 

As I got older, I enjoyed spending time with you talking about matters of life, cars, and politics.  I never got tired of our talks and always wished we had more time. 

There are so many things about you and Annabelle I am going to miss. I will miss Annabelle's good food and her comfort, too. She always made me feel right at home from the moment she entered our lives.

Madison misses you a lot. She's sad that her grandfather has passed. I tell her you're not alone; Annabelle is with you and that makes her happy.

I knew when Annabelle entered your life it made you so happy. You two were always so happy together. I believe your happiness continues together in eternity. 

I feel comfort knowing you and Annabelle are together to explore the heavens. And if you get lost, Dennis will always be there to lend a hand.

Uncle Sam,
As I always told you, you are my favorite "Uncle Sam". My favorite aunt was your Soul Mate. We were so happy that Annabelle found you and true happiness which she so richly deserved. 
Thanks for all you and Annabelle did for my Mom. I know she was very appreciative of your thoughtfulness. It is very comforting to think of you and Annabelle being together forever.
