Shari "Sharyl" Claborn

Shari Suzanne Norris Claborn passed peacefully on Friday, February 6, 2015, to be with her savior. She was born on February 24, 1959 to Jerry Jay and Muriel Marie (Luethy) Norris in Denver, Colorado. She was baptized at Mt. Olive Ev. Lutheran Church, Denver. Shari was the second of four children; the Norris family moved to California in 1962 and into the Coachella Valley in July of 1969. Shari attended Indio High School. She was married to Mikel Dean Claborn on December 3, 1977 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Indio. She and Mikel were blessed with three children: Corrinn Camille, Matthew Davin, and Cassidy Chapree. Shari was a phenomenal mom, avid entrepreneur, creative photographer, and tech genius, always pursuing her next great idea. She is survived by her husband of thirty-seven years, her parents, her two brothers (Bart and Greg Norris), daughters and son. She is preceded in death by her brother Matthew.

A Memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 10am at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 81500 Miles Avenue, Indio, Ca.
