Shirley and I grew up in Azusa, Ca. We were 4 yrs old when our families moved into our new houses in 1954. We lived on Galanto St. and went all through our grades kinder-senior year.  I nicknamed her SherBear, she always loved it. We hung out in the summertime and I remember making wood tiki necklaces together in her garage and wore them proudly.  My last time Shirley and I were together I had her over for dinner and she stayed quite a while that night. She was planning on moving back east to work in a hospital. She did and we communicated a little and then we lost each other. I am so sad to read that she passed away.  May God bless her and her sister Linda.  Hugs forever SherBear.  Joanne
