Billie Ann Billings Crouse

Billie Ann Crouse, 85, of Beckley, WV passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2015. Billie was born in Long Branch, WV on July 3, 1930 to the late Roby and Iva Billings. She loved to read and solve puzzles, and was a member of Long Branch United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Basil Crouse; brother, Jackie Coleman; sisters, Jane Billings, and Peggy Plumley; and great-grandson, Robert Crouse. Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Michael Crouse and wife, Cathy of Welch, WV; daughter, Karen Duguid and husband, Gordon of Frostburg, MD; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Joseph Crouse, wife, Stephanie, and their children, Michael, Marissa, and Kaden of Welch, WV, Nicole Benson, husband, Scot, and their children, Jude and Noah of Morgantown, WV, James Crouse of Welch, WV, and Joshua Duguid of Frostburg, MD; brother, Roby Billings and wife, Sharon of Hammond, IN; sisters, Nancy Kubasek of Oregon, OH, and Alice Holden of Whiting, IN; sister-in-law, Nadine Coleman of Plum Orchard, WV; brother-in-law, Charles Plumley of Beckley, WV; uncle, James Underwood and wife, Dorothy of Hurricane, WV; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Services for Billie Ann Crouse will be held at Blue Ridge Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 2pm. Family will receive guests from 12pm – 2pm on Wednesday, prior to the service. Interment in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens will follow the services on Wednesday with Joseph Crouse, Michael Fannin, Gordon Duguid, Scot Benson, Joshua Duguid, and Shaun Ellison serving as Pallbearers, and James Crouse serving as an Honorary Pallbearer.
