It is so hard to say goodbye to such a quiet and humble friend. He was so devoted to his wife Elaine and never ashamed to display affection whether it be at home or in public for her. A marriage made in Heaven. I will miss our Chico buffets that that you, Ellaine, O'Dell and I made time for when you were in Florida for the winter. Such wonderful memories. Rest in peace and know that you will be missed. 💙🙏😢

Bob and Elaine Kessler were very good friends of ours. O'Dell and Linda Gillette were very close as well to my husband Bill and I. We all said "goodbye" to our dear husbands in a little over a year. We used to have the Kesslers and the Gillettes over for dinner at our house. Such wonderful memories. We went to Bingo, lunch at the Womens' Club, dinners at the community center. We LOVED our church and enjoyed worship together.

I remember Bob as a kind neighbor of mine when he lived in Flint. He and my husband, Alex, both worked for Buick. Their daughter and my children played together all the time. I really missed them when they moved to West Virginia. Life goes on but you never forget the great people in your life. Bob will be missed by all the people who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace. Love you Elaine.
