Clifford moved to Titusville, FL where he was a former Sheriff Deputy until going to work for Time Warner Cable, in which he retired from. He also served as Fire Chief in Sharpes, FL for the Volunteer Fire Department.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford B. Cooper, Sr. and Jean E. Cooper; and his son, Clifford B. Cooper, III. He is survived by his daughter, Sara Floyd O’Connor; his sister, Elois Ann Cooper; brothers, Charles Bernie Cooper and Christopher Cooper; two nephews; three nieces; six great-nieces; and four great-nephews.
Mr. Cooper served in the United States Armed Forces, and a member of the Cairo Masonic Lodge of Cairo, GA and the Shriners of Orlando, FL. He moved back to his beloved West Virginia and was a resident once again in Slab fork, WV. Clifford loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping.
