

Debra “Debbie” Fannin, 68, of Oak Hill, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2026. Born on November 27, 1957, Debbie lived a life marked by unwavering faith, selfless service, and deep love for her family and community.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Evelyn Stevens; her father, Jackie Roberts; and her precious step-grandson, Joshua Fannin.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, William A. Fannin; her devoted son, Nathan Roberts (Misty); her granddaughter, Natalie Roberts (Anthony Farmer); and her special granddaughter, Gabriella. She is also survived by her stepson, James “Tiner” Fannin (Brenda); step-grandchildren, Chad Rogers, Krissy (Chad) Bailey, Colt Rogers, Abby Valentine, Jaren Bailey, and Izzy Bailey.
Debbie is further survived by her brother, James “Jimmy” Roberts; her sister, Tammy (Dave) Dunn; nephew Adam (Lisa) Dunn and Brandon (Rachel) Dunn, nieces Angie (Brad) Surface, Brittni Roberts-Wyatt, Brooke (Ghadi) Mechelb; her stepfather, Tom Stevens; sisters-in-law, Kathy Johnston and Mary Jane Hutchinson; brother-in-law, C.G. Fannin; niece, Debbie Griffith; and many other cherished relatives and friends who will forever hold her memory close.
Debbie retired from ARH after more than 30 years of dedicated service in the Dietary Department. She was a faithful member of Sand Branch Worship Center in Mount Hope, where she loved serving the Lord as a prayer warrior and faithfully working in the church kitchen alongside the ladies of the congregation.
She found great joy in life’s simple pleasures. Debbie loved her flower gardens, searching for treasures at thrift stores, and cooking and baking for family and friends. Her warm smile, compassionate heart, and steadfast faith were a blessing to all who knew her.
Above all, Debbie loved her family and her Savior. Her life was a testament to kindness, humility, and devotion. Though her passing leaves an emptiness in the hearts of those who loved her, they find comfort in knowing she is now at peace in the presence of the Lord she faithfully served.
Debbie’s legacy of faith, love, generosity, and service will continue to live on through the many lives she touched.
