

Born May 6, 1947 in Rhodell, West Virginia. Harley was a disabled factory worker and an avid sportsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by four brothers, three sisters and a very special grandson, Leonard C. Lilly.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 48 years whom he loved and cherished dearly, Mae Blevins of Princewick; sons, Chuck (Tammy) of Princewick, Billy (Tammy) of Crab Orchard and Sean (Danyelle) of Princewick; daughters, Donna (Darrell) of Princewick, Paula (Donnie) of Holly Springs, NC, Dianne (Mark) of Jonben, Jacqueline (Jack) Tingler of Princewick, Tina (Buck) Farley of Princewick, Melissa (Greg) of Flat Top, Valarie Blevins and companion Craig Stewart of Princewick and Tiffany (Kristen) Bennett of Crab Orchard; sisters, Marie Cook of Hotchkiss, Juanita Adkins of East Gulf, WV and Pauline Mullins of Fairdale; brothers, Bobby Blevins of Cool Ridge and Butch Blevins of Coal City; 25 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren with one on the way.
Friends may gather with the family Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 12-2pm at Blue Ridge Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held 2pm, Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Mitchem officiating.
Burial will follow at Mitchell’s Ridge Cemetery with Sean Blevins, Chuck, Billy, Charlie, Greg Sprouse Mark White Jr serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers include Tiffany Bennett, Michael Maxwell, Eric Hunt and Chris Solango.
