James Arthur Pack

He was the son of the late Samuel Arthur and Laura Catherine Pack.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister; Beverly Pack; stepdaughter, Stephanie Anderson; brother-in-law, Dick Knuckles; and nephew, Brandon Pack.

Jim achieved his Masters Degree in Social Work from WVU and was formerly a Therapist and Social Worker at Appalachian Regional Hospital.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Anderson Pack; son, Michael Pack, and wife, Kimberly of Beckley; daughter, Cheryl Voll of Georgetown, KY; stepson, David Anderson of Beckley; and grandchildren/step grandchildren, Logan, Isabella, Miles, Zack, Steven, Alexis, and Jessica.

Jim is also survived by his brother, Sam Pack and wife Vickie of NJ; brother, Dean Pack and wife Barbara of VA; sister, Shirley Knuckles of Beaver; and sister, Nancy McGhee of Beckley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday March 5, 2024, at Blue Ridge Funeral Home with his brother, Pastor Sam Pack officiating. Following the service, Jim will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 p.m. until time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
