Jerry Earl Workman Jr., age 60, of Crab Orchard, West Virginia passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Jerry was born in Oak Hill, WV. He was the son of the late Jerry Workman Sr. and Judith Ward Workman. He was a disabled coal miner and was of the Pentecostal faith. He enjoyed hunting, four wheeler riding with his grandchildren and piddling around in his garage. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his aunt, Wanda Hampton.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 40 years, Mia Nelson Workman; his daughter, Britney Callison of Crab Orchard; his son Brandon Workman and wife, Ashley, of Beckley; and three grandchildren, Chase and Gavin Callison and Adalyn Workman. He is also survived by sisters, Dawn Campbell and husband, Danny, of Midway, Darlene Girior and husband, John, of Charleston, and Susan Harper and husband, Delbert, of Beckley; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Jerry's life will be held at a later date.
