Joyce Jean Crawford, 81 years old, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2016 at Whitesburg Gardens Nursing Home in Huntsville, Al. Joyce formerly resided in Belpre, Oh.
Born December 11, 1934, in Beckley W. VA. She was the daughter of the late Eugene and Nora Noonkester. In addition to her parents, her husband, Robert D. Crawford, preceded her in death.
Joyce retired from Wood County Board of Education where she was a long-time teacher at Gihon Elementary School.
Those surviving Joyce are her son Kevin Crawford (Janet) of Huntsville, Alabama, grandson, Grant and granddaughter, Abby.
A committal service will begin at 12pm on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens – Peace Mausoleum. Entombment will follow.
