Judith Blackburn

Judith Louella Blackburn, 74, of Beaver, WV went home to be with the Lord on November 22, 2017. She was born on October 13, 1943 to the late Frank White and Julia June Chamberlin Atterson. Judith enjoyed spending time with her daughter playing bingo at the local Volunteer Fire Departments. In addition to her parents Judith was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Donnie D. Blackburn Sr.; two brothers, Jimmy Atterson and Frank “Woody” White and one sister, Donna Gentry. Those left to cherish her memory include her two sons, Kevin White and significant other Helen Ballmer of Beckley and Donnie Dale Blackburn Jr. of Beaver; one daughter, Tonya Gibson of Beaver; two brothers, Benny Atterson and wife Carol of Virginia and Michael Atterson and wife Patty of Beckley; three sisters, Kimberly Atterson of Beckley, Teresa Rose of Beckley and Julia Queen Clark and husband Wayne of Tennessee and a host of nieces and nephews. Per the request of the family no services are scheduled at this time.
