

Judith Ann "Judi" Cullop (nee Lowe), 81, of Beckley, WV, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2024, at The Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV. She touched the lives of many through her kindness, dedication, and love.
Judi was born on August 24, 1942, in Meade, WV. Early in her marriage, she volunteered at the Salvation Army at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, NC. In Beckley, she served as the HR Administrator for the City of Beckley and later worked as an accountant at Post Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan in Orlando, FL.
She is survived by her children, Charles Stanley Cullop and JoDonna of Beckley, WV, Susan Krantz Stroh and Rudolph of Chalfont, PA, Leslie Denise Patrick and Paul of Beckley, WV, Cheryl Leigh Cullop and Michael of Guysville, OH.
Grandchildren: Dawn Denise Lambert of Beckley, WV. Christopher Stroh and Jessica of San Tan Valley, AZ, Kenneth Stroh of Chalfont, PA, Savannah Denise Ward and Zachary of Lancaster, OH, McKayla Marie Shonborn and Hunter of Athens, OH, Harrison James Cullop of Guysville, OH .
Great-grandchildren, Dalton Michael Calacino and Shianne of Beckley, WV, Tayler Dawn Meadows and Nick of Beckley, WV, , Ayla Stroh, Archer Stroh of San Tan Valley, AZ, Kairi Aleea June Baker, Jack James Ryan Ward, Noah Zachary Ward, Cash Russell Todd Alan Ward, Walker Jude Ward, and Porter Hyde all of Lancaster, OH.
Great-great-grandchildren, McKinley Rose Calacino, Ryder Dom James Meadows both of Beckley, WV.
Judi was preceded in death by her husband, Sr. M. Sgt. James Russell Cullop. Grandson, Rudolph Stroh IV. Great-grandson, Stephen James Stephens. Parents, Hunter Ralph and Reba Thorne Lowe. Sisters, Rheta Jeanne Cullop and Sharon Leigh Belcher. Brothers, Hunter Ralph Lowe Jr (Chipper) and Randy Wayne Lowe.
Judi found solace attending church services. While living in Florida, she attended Calvery Chapel, Merritt Island, FL, and in Beckley, Faith Community Church.
Her love for her family knew no bounds. She spent countless cherished moments with her family. Her creativity flourished through her passion for painting, leaving behind beautiful expressions of her soul. Her little companion “Izzy” brought her endless joy. Their bond was a testament to the unconditional love shared between humans and their little furry friends.
Judi’s memory will continue to inspire and bring comfort to all who knew her.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Blue Ridge Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens in Beckley, WV 25801, is assisting with the arrangements.
