Kelly resided with Res Care for over 18 years. The staff and residents held a very special place in his heart, and he held a special place in the hearts of all those who knew him. He loved life and some of his favorite things were participating in the shot-put event at the WV Special Olympics, drinking Dr. Pepper and getting food from Burger King and Taco Bell.
A celebration of Kelly's life will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday January 22 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home chapel. Friends may call from 5:00 to 6:00 at the funeral home. Private burial will be held at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
