Kenneth Dale Hatfield

Born on December 12, 1957, in Chicago, IL; he was the son of Edward Hatfield of Mabscott, WV and the late Narcissa Juanita (Johnson) Hatfield.

Kenneth enjoyed playing music and doing puzzles with his dad. He was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. While he was able to work, he was a construction worker in South Carolina. He attended the Pentecostal Church on South Kanawha Street in Beckley. He grew up being of the Baptist Faith.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, Narcissia Juanita (Johnson) Hatfield; a brother, Eddie Lee Hatfield; and his grandparents.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving father, Edward Hatfield and wife, Mary of Mabscott; many nieces and nephews; cousins; extended family and friends.

Services to celebrate the life of Kenneth Dale Hatfield will be held 2:00PM, Wednesday, December 31 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Pastor Dewight Stafford of Oceana, WV officiating. Following the services, Kenneth will be laid to rest at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley. Michael Felgenhauer, Seth Justice, Marcus Mickey, Bo McKnight, Elliot Hatfield, and Jaz Mickey will be serving as pallbearers.

Friends may gather with the family from 1:00PM until time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
