Kermit Adkins

Joe was a loving man who had a great sense of humor. He loved animals and enjoyed their company very much. He had many interests and enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved guns and knives, cars, camping, and just spending time outdoors with his family. He also loved to watch game shows anytime he had the chance. He was also a proud member of UMWA #1330. Joe was a hardworking man who loved his family. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Joe was proceeded in death by his stepmom, Malina Adkins, stepdad, John W Harvey, Jr, sister, Patsy Adkins Coleman, grandmother, Maude Berry, aunt and uncle, Emogene and Buster Pryor, special nephew, Lyle D Richmond, II, and very special extended family members, John and Lorena Brooks.

Those left to cherish Joe's memory include his loving wife, Cathy Adkins, sons Kristopher Owen Adkins (Angela Harper Adkins) and Justin Matthew Adkins, granddaughter, Presley Adkins (his baby girl), bonus daughter, Angela Dawn Semenske, bonus grandchildren, Madalynn Semenske, Emma Semenske, Riley Jarrett, and Mason Jarrett.

Also left to cherish Joe's memory, lifelong friend, Johnna Adkins, special niece, Laura Richmond Genter (Charles), special nephew, Landon Manning (Kim), niece, Kaitlyn Brooks, nephew, Nick Brooks (Lauren), and great-niece, Caroline Genter.
