Liam Jennings Cooper, 2 months, of Sophia, passed away, Sunday, April 17, 2016. He was the son of William “Billy” Cooper and Jessica Ratliff. Born January 28, 2016 in Beckley, West Virginia. Those left to cherish Liam’s memory include his parents, William “Billy” Cooper and Jessica Ratliff, both of Sophia; grandparents, Ralph and Lawanda Cooper of Sophia, Gary Ratliff of Rupert and Billy Joe Gwinn of Rupert; uncle and aunt, Johnathan and Angie Cooper of Sophia; brother, Carson Simmons of Rupert, sister, Kaelyn Meadows of Amigo, WV and a host of cousins and other family members. Friends may gather with the family Monday, April 25, 2016 from 12-1pm at Blue Ridge Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 1pm, Monday, April 25, 2016 at the funeral home with Rev.
