Lois Aline Vaught

Lois was born on July 4, 1928 in Sullivan, WV to the late Joseph H. Keith and Ethel C. Hawkins Keith.

Lois was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church, Crab Orchard, WV. She worked at Beckley Manufacturing Co. and retired from One Stop in Beckley, WV. Lois loved to sing, make church costumes, and was the family prayer warrior.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband Birsha B. “Jerry” Vaught; and sisters, Dorothy Whitt of Bradley, WV, Rebecca Turner of Virginia, and Sue Hutchens of Tennessee.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Linda Burnett and husband Forrest of Huntington, WV; son, Jerry D. Vaught of Virginia; brother, Joe Keith of Beckley, WV; sister, Tammy Gertrude Keith Hitt of Alabama; grandchildren, Steven Burnett of Huntington, WV and Stephanie Mickey and husband Jazz of Beckley, WV, Erin Burnett-Smith and husband Mike of Portland, Oregon; grandchild of her heart Jeanetta Perry-Miller and husband Keith of Huntington; great grandchildren, Sydney, Ada and Alex.

Funeral Service will be at Blue Ridge Funeral Home on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 2 pm. Friends may gather with the family from 1-2 pm. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
