In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jeanette M. Cox.
He will be sadly missed by his only child, Richard W. Cox and his wife Kym along with their children, Richard Cox, II and Courtney Cox; siblings, brothers, Joe (Evie) Cox, Larry (Dorlia) Cox, Doug (Teresa) Cox and his only sister, Judy (Joe) Cox Gergely.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm Friday May 31st 2024at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with his brother Doug presiding. Marvin will be laid to rest following the short service.
