Mary Pauline Farley, age 81, of Beckley, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington. Born on June 7, 1938 in Blytheville, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late James Frazier Moore and Rosa Lemons Moore.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Ada Ruth Perkins; and brothers, Jackie Moore and Gary Moore.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 54 years, Arnold Farley; her children, Rhonda Sigel and husband, Ian, Deana Bennett and husband, Sam Wilson, Steven Farley, and Jacqueline Farley and fiancé, Joe Modley; six grandchildren, James Roney, Paul Roney, Thomas Roney, Terence S. Farley, Mark D. Pittman, and William Bennett Wilson; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; sisters, Dorothy King, Betty Jo Schmidt, Sharon Glasscock, Pam Stallings, and Deborah Priest; brother, Jimmy Moore; and many nieces and nephews.
Pauline loved flowers and floral gardening where she won several awards for her gardening talent that was displayed in her yard. In her earlier years, Pauline and her husband, Arnold enjoyed bowling.
A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Pauline will be held at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, January 29, 2020 in the Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Home with Pastor Wayne Wicker officiating.
