Melanie McDaniel

Melanie was a beloved daughter, devoted mother, and cherished friend whose presence brought warmth and meaning to the lives of those around her. She will be remembered for her strength, her deep love for her family, and the genuine care she showed to those closest to her.

Melanie dedicated her professional life to the banking industry and was a respected employee of United Bank. She was known for her dedication, strong work ethic, and the care she showed to both her colleagues and customers. Melanie took pride in her work, and her professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression on those she worked with throughout her career.

She is survived by her loving parents, Darrell McDaniel and Dreama McDaniel, and by her cherished son, Conner McDaniel, who was truly the light of her life. Melanie’s love and devotion as a mother will remain a lasting legacy in Conner’s heart. She is also survived by her uncle, Timothy Gwinn, who was like a big brother to her, along with many uncles, aunts, and cousins who were all dear to her heart.

Those who knew Melanie will remember her for her kindness, resilience, and the quiet ways she touched lives. Though her time here was far too short, her memory will live on through the love she gave and the bonds she shared.

Funeral Service will be Thursday January 8th 2026 at 2 PM. With Pastor Roger Fox officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior.

The family asks that Melanie be remembered not for the way her life ended, but for the love, strength, and compassion she carried throughout her life.
