Myra Craft

Born September 26, 1952 in Crab Orchard, WV; she was the daughter of the late Fayette Richardson and Mildred Louise Carte Hicks and Frank A. Hicks, Jr.

Myra loved to paint, and play board games, she was a former employee as a Nursing Assistant at Pinecrest Sanitarium in Beckley; and was of the Baptist Faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Marcia and two brothers, Danny and Donnie.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving long time companion of 20 years, Jeff Stanley of Crab Orchard; sons, Robert Lane, Jr of NC, Shawn Wheeler of FL, Jeffrey Jones of Crab Orchard, and Matthew Jones of NC; her beloved pet, Bailey; siblings, Lois Vargo “Mike” of Beckley, Mickey Hicks “Kathy” of Prosperity, Ron Hicks “Daniel” of Beckley, Darrell Richardson “Judee” of KY, Debbie Myers “Dwayne” of IL; sister-in-law, Sue Richardson of IL; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Committal Services to celebrate the life of Myra Louise Craft will be held1:00PM Monday, June 16, 2025 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Chapel of Hope, 5250 Robert C Byrd Drive, Beckley with entombment to follow.
