Nancy Carol Toney, age 80, of Fayetteville, passed away after a short illness on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley. Born on January 10, 1940 in Fayetteville, she was the daughter of the late Albert Epperly and George Etta Pennington Epperly.
Nancy was a Registered Nurse having worked at Genesis Health Care in Oak Hill. She was known as “Groovy Granny” by her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Robert Todd Lamb; and her brother, Tom Epperly. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Vicki Lynn Jones and Kelly Ann Jones; grandchildren, Jonathan Edward Jones, Jessica Lynn Jones, Justin Corey Jones, Lauren McKenzie Jones and James Lamb; her great-grandchildren, Jesslyn Jones, Tracie Thomas, Mahayla Jones, Magnolia Marion Wilson and Jerry Jones; and her brothers, Ron Epperly and Larry Epperly.
