Ronnie Lee Bolt

Born May 12, 1945, in MacArthur, he was the son of the late Herbert "Mike" Bolt and the late Opal Mae Thompson Bolt.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law, Lloyd and Chrisella Smith; a brother, Edward Bolt; and two sisters, Opal Sutera and Gloria Collins.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 60 years, Peggy Bolt; son, Lloyd Bolt; daughter, Melissa Young, and husband, Richie; granddaughter, Ashley Poole, and husband, Tyler; grandson, Briar Bolt; great-granddaughter, Isabelle; great-grandson, Rhett; sister-in=laws, Linda Hinkle and husband, Jimmy; Kathey Baker and husband, David, and Julie Thompson and husband, Rick; and aunt, Ava McKinney; several nieces, several nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and one great-great-nephew, and extended family and friends.

Graveside Rites to celebrate the life of Ronnie Lee Bolt will be held 2:00PM Monday, September 28, 2026, at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Tower Garden, Beckley, with Toney Allen speaking. Family and friends will be serving as pallbearers.
