In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Jacquetta Toney and Burma Wills; brother, Leon Stover; and twin siblings, Betty and Bobby Stover.
Mr. Stover was a soldier having served in the United States Army and is a Vietnam Veteran. He was retired from Consolidated Coal. He loved The Lord Jesus Christ, fast cars and trucks and spoiling his kids and grandkids.
He is survived by his wife, Karen; his daughter, Sandra Kay Hedrick; his son, Clint Stover; grandson Hunter Ingo; sisters, Sandra Jackson and Doretta Berkesch; half-brother, Okey "Roochie" Pettry; many nieces, nephews, cousins; stepchildren, Denise McGowan and Scott Bowling; step-grandchildren, Hunter Bowling, Madison, Kalie and Maddox McGowan; and a special mention to Naoma Miraglia, his dear friend.
A graveside service with Military Honors will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
