

Born on February 27, 1962, in Beckley, West Virginia, Sharon was the beloved daughter of Clifton “Buddy” and Dorothy Lovell. She grew up in Soak Creek, West Virginia, and was a proud graduate of Independence High School.
Sharon dedicated much of her life to her work as the owner and operator of Sharon’s Cutting Edge +, where she built not only a successful business but also lasting relationships with those she served. She was known for her strong work ethic, warm personality, and the care she showed to everyone who walked through her doors.
Above all, Sharon was deeply devoted to her family. She found her greatest joy in the time spent with her loved ones and will be remembered for her unwavering love, strength, and kindness.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Bill Brown Jr.; her son, David McVey and his wife Leslie; her daughter, Sandra Brown; her stepdaughter, Trish Combs and her husband William; her cherished grandchildren, Logan, Emily, and Liam McVey, and Jackson and Henry Combs; and her brothers, Johnny and Jackie Lovell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton “Buddy” and Dorothy Lovell; her brothers, Freddy and Bobby Lovell; and her sister, Sandra Parker.
Sharon’s legacy of love and devotion will live on through all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A memorial service for Sharon will be held on Thursday, May 14th at 1 PM at Cornerstone Freewill Baptist Church, Brethren Church Road, Crab Orchard, West Virginia.
