Tracy Shannon Abrams left this world on October 2, 2015 to join her mother, Vera, and her brother, Dwayne in Heaven. She left behind a father, a daughter, a son, grandchildren, a sister, two brothers, and many friends. Most importantly, she left behind a message. A message that everyone is worthy. She loved in a way that many of us never get the opportunity to experience. - Without condition or judgment, without greed or expectation. She spent her whole life giving her love and kindness to others. Failing to be worthy of this love was impossible- she loved anyway. Heartbreaking is knowing that we’ll never see a love this amazing again. But when we read in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, “Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails;” We can once again see our mother’s smiling face. Those of you that would like to come remember her as the loving daughter, mother, nana, sister, and friend that she was. Services will be held at noon on Thursday with burial to follow at Orgas Cemetery.
