A visitation for Velma will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, 5251 Robert C. Byrd Drive, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM.
Velma will be laid to rest in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5250 Robert C Byrd Drive, Beckley, West Virginia.
