Born July 17, 1950, in Milford, Delaware to the late Herman Virgil Willey and the late Yvonne Ann Marrel Willey.
Eddie enjoyed reading Zane Grey Western books, hunting, and fishing.
In addition to his parents, Eddie was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Mary Elizabeth Willey, and sister, Bonnie Jean Willey.
Eddie’s family includes his loving wife, Patricia Sue Willey; children, Maggie Cochran, Heather Graham, and Angela Willey; grandchildren, Devin Wriston, Tyler Graham, and Hayley Graham; great-grandchildren, Topanga Wriston, Waylon Graham, Walter Graham, and Colton Wriston; extended family and friends.
A Graveside Service to celebrate the life of Virgil Edwin “Eddie” Willey will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley, with Pastor Carlos Hodge officiating, with burial to follow.
