My Husband Matthew and I always visit with Miss Kay, when we travel to WV to see our family. One of us would always walk her to her car, but when I did it , she would say "I don't need help, I'm fine" but as soon as my husband took her arm, Miss Kay would light up with a huge smile and say she couldn't resist having him on her arm. She filled us with joy and happiness, while we just talked about life in general. We will miss her, and our hearts go out to her family. I felt privilaged to have known her. Miss Kay will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Kay was always so much fun to be around. Even when you knew she didn't feel like laughing... she would have you cracking up by the time you left her.
When Jeff died, she was strong for his kids... Even through her heartbreak, she kept them laughing...and us too!
They are finally reunited, answering all of the questions that she wanted to know. What a reunion that was!
To the family... I don't have to tell you she was one of a kind... I love you guys...I'm praying for you... I know you will miss her.
I'm a call away if you should need me.

My memories of Kay are going to her house and eating and sitting on her porch and talking. You was always welcome at Kay’s no matter what. She opened that door and welcomed you with a hug and a smile and I will always remember her that way. I love you Kay. You will be missed by so many. And to her family. I love all of you. Very much.
