Zach was raised as a Christian. His family’s home church is House of Prayer in Sophia, WV. He loved life and loved people, which is why he was making the perfect career at Jan Care as an Emergency Medical Provider. He was employed with Jan-Care for six years and was an Advance Care Technician currently bridging to become a Paramedic.
Zach made this world a better place. If you knew Zach, you loved him. He had one of the biggest hearts and was truly one of the funniest people you could ever meet. He had a way with words and actions that made him unforgettable.
He is survived by his parents, Michael and Michelle Tucker; sisters, Savannah Tucker and Emily Tucker; he shared his life with the person that made him the happiest, his girlfriend Candice Huybert;
his paternal grandparents, Eddie and Kathleen Tucker; and his maternal grandparents, Ronald and Brenda Johnson.
He was blessed with one more awesome family. He had two cousins that were like his brother and sister, Cory Tucker and Kayla Bolen. He had a host of friends and a wonderful work family.
The family will receive friends from 12:00-3:00 p.m., Friday, May 18, 2018 at Calvary Assembly of God. Funeral Services to celebrate the life of Zach will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Calvary Assembly of God with Pastor Chester “Butch” White officiating. A graveside service will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Zach to his family.
The family would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of love and support. In this time of sorrow there is one of many scriptures that the family has been comforted with, Jeremiah 29:11 (NKJV).
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.blueridgefuneralhome.com. Blue Ridge Funeral Home has the honor of serving the family.
